I had a fantastic dining experience at LaScala’s Fire Newtown Square, largely thanks to our waitress Lindsey. From the moment we were seated, Lindsey was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She took the time to answer all our questions and made excellent recommendations that truly enhanced our meal. Her friendly demeanor and genuine care made us feel valued as guests. The service was prompt without ever feeling rushed, and Lindsey’s professionalism combined with her cheerful attitude really stood out. If you’re visiting LaScala’s, I highly recommend asking for Lindsey — she’s a true asset to the team and made our evening memorable!

Steph was amazing a review of the food also: Cucumber drink - 9.6 Chicken Caesar - 8.9 With the extra dressing - 9.4 Wings - 7.36 Kinda was expecting more Mussels - 11.5 Might be the best thing that ever touched my mouth Overall score: 9.289

Going out to new places are always iffy but we decided to try this new place out. Wow we were pleasantly surprised with this restaurant! We came out for our 28th anniversary and had a really good dinner. The food was really good and the portions were big! We started with the Burrata Board and it was delicious! It was a lot for just the 2 of us. My husband had the Chicken San Remo and loved it. I had the Spicy Chicken Cutlet Rigatoni (with the mikes hot honey on the side) and thought it was delicious. I’m a tough sell trying anything new so I give it to them it was great! I asked for the hot honey on the side to try but way too spicy for me. Our waitress Mia recommended my meal and she was right it was great. She was friendly, attentive and a really good server. If you don’t like loud ask to be seated in the main area we had to move because it was way too loud for me. (I have a concussion and the noise is too much for me). Dessert we had the LaScala Cookie Skillet - it was amazing! Really how could cookies and ice cream go wrong? I can’t wait to go back again!

I had an incredible dining experience! The food was absolutely amazing! Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing meal. What truly made the evening stand out was our server, Ibrahim. He was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. His service elevated the whole experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!

This is the better of all the area locations. Food quality is consistent across them all, but for some reason seems better here. Manager even made my panini free today because they pit lettuce on it instead of spinach like I asked. Still good tho

I really love the food at Lascala every time I go over I go with my friend and we love there. The costumer service is always excellent, last time I was there I had Judy as my server. She made sure we were satisfied and was made sure we enjoyed our time there. The Chicken Caesar Salad I had was 10/10.

Our server Steph was exceptional! Funny, attentive, not overbearing, just great! My espresso martini was just right, you get a large amount of food for the money you spend and it’s delicious!
